Mr. Peto joined the company in 2005 as Project Manager. In 2010, he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer and his responsibilities include overseeing new and old developments, managing consultants, performing due diligence of future projects, obtaining permits and approvals from various municipalities in California and Nevada and overseeing the construction phase of various projects to ensure they each meet budget and time obligations while complying with conditions of approval and tenants’ leases.

Mr. Peto holds a degree in Communications and minor in Business from the University of Southern California.  Prior to joining Halferty Development, Mr. Peto spent 4 years working as a Property Manager for a Southern California developer managing over 30 shopping centers with 250,000 square feet of retail space.
